I spent one of the best summer's of my
life living nextdoor to this woman in a
boarding house in the ghetto. She
kicks so much ass! Kate is a beautiful
girl who can hang with the guys better
than anybody. And, no matter how well
you think you know her, this girl will
never cease to surprise you. Hot,
incredibly intelligent, a fabulous

bipolar - just to keep things
