Dartmouth has left me with so many
great memories. The word Dartmouth
itself just makes me happy. No other
place would you meet so many great
people, form friendships that you will
keep for life, get perhaps the best
undergraduate education, and have the
best drunk-ass raging parties.
Dartmouth == College. Go Big Green!
We had a complicated relationship, you and I...
after four years, I wasn't sure where we
stood. Certainly there were some good times
along the way. You introduced me to a lot of
your friends, who became my friends. You fed
me all my meals and made me fat. (Bastard--
you're lucky I went on a poverty diet after
graduation.) There were also some
not-so-good times... you never seemed to
figure out how to have fun on the weekend
without hurting people in the process. You
could never let the good old boys go. I guess
you're flawed like anyone else, but it's good we
can have some distance for a little while. And
hey, maybe when I see you again, you'll be all
grown up. And maybe you'll give me my Ben
Folds CD back, you son of a bitch.
thank you for honing my critique of
mirthless, bloated, irrelevant
academia. if it werent for you id never
fully understand the way that the 60s
youth movements could spawn
swarms of young conservative
groups and probably pursue such
fruitless agendas myself. thanks for
your burlesquing of interdisciplinarity
and your frumpy ab-ex art profs.
lastly, thanks for being such a drunkk
piece of shit that i could rob you blind
while you were passed out on the frat
couch, you fuck.
Waa Hoo Waa...that was what it was all
about. When girls were men and men were
boys. And wonderful teachers. And
suffering through real harsh winters
and making life lasting friends. Give a
rouse? Indeed I will.
dear old dartmouth... thanks for the
wonderful 4 years. i'm sure everyone
else will agree that dartmouth is one
of a kind experience. keep up the
tradition. '01~!!!!!!!!!!!
cordon bleu from the Hop down to
New York for me.
