I used to have this nicely written little thing here with Ally McBeal references and all but I decided it sounded too pretentious and didn't demonstrate what a sarcastic little potty mouth I am. I am kind of insane. Not clinically nuts, but that kind of crazy that one usually associates with people who really know how to make the world and their lives theirs. I am full of paradoxes--a Scorpio born on the Day of the Borderline. I like sarcasm and absurdity: dead baby jokes crack me UP and a flirtatious smart-ass will make my mouth quiver. Mysterious/shy/"unreadable" men compel me but are also usually the inspiration to my own undoing. I am pretty shameless, but have a intense sensitivity to showing face/good form (cultural programming I suspect). I've been a stripper, waiter, marketing/PR whore, child laborer for my parents' Chinese restaurant way back when, office peon, and an overachieving student. Many people for some reason find me intimidating...something about my intensity or "good looks" (all nonsense!) Just say HI. I appreciate a bloke with the balls to just approach me. Let's just be upfront with each other. "Hi, my name is Daniel. Do you know what you are getting into? No? Me neither. Lovely to meet you!"

Goodness, I want to find a queer man who READS BOOKS! Oh yeah, who is confident yet vulnerable, smart but can also act childishly silly, sexy, someone into sports and fitness, adventurous in and out of bed, open-minded and into traveling and learning about things he doesn't know about (is that the same as open-minded?), and can tell me to shut the fuck up when necessary. I want a man who can keep me guessing, who can keep up with me, challenge me. I like change and having my comfort zone ROCKED sometimes. Men who aren't self-reflective, who can't see outside their own lives, who have over-primped eyebrows, who have racial-sexuality issues, who don't like to dance, need not waste my time unless he is starting to self-cultivate.
