What I enjoy doing:
mental masturbation....(art, photo, music) Spontaneous combustion, Murphy's law and the lack thereof. Sometimes a drummer/musician/audiophile. Sometimes dry. Outdoors, water, and tiny shiny objects.
-
Favorite Books:
photo history, art in general, How to get through life reading only one book... ok ok, the dictionary, a red one.
-
Favorite Movies:
widescreen, directors cut, special edition, digitally remastered, and unreleased footage.....
-
Favorite Music:
anything that carries a frequency, pushes air, and has a pulse.
-
Favorite TV Shows:
only when I find the remote in my hand.
-
About Me:
I am hyper-creative, photo, music, jewelry, metalworx, etc.
Due to the fact that I have strong and powerfull
antenna's, I create.
I acknowledge my two sides, cleanliness is
next to Godliness, but a hog bed reveals the past. I'm
paranoid, perceptive, depressive, ecstatic, cynical, and
optimistic....

about G is his consistency. He's
always crazy, always thinking, always
banging out a beat on any solid
surface, always irreverent. I would
also like to mention his consistency in
clothing - I'm pretty sure he purchased
that shirt in a brief but painful stint
at "Networks" in the Dyersburg mall in
1992. Keep it real man! -x
better than just about anyone, and he
can easily say the same about me. Few
people I've met have his infectious
intensity. Though most people who know
about our relationship would descibe us
as crazy, we know that under all the
ups and downs is a love that few people
experience. For being a part of his
life, however long that is, I am ever
grateful to spite any cost. My dearest
Grant...you know.

look into the depths of love." -George
Eliot
f_cked with. Beware: you may be trampled
under foot, by his uncanny ability to
saturate every waking moment with
sarcasm and potty humor. But really, i
love Grant. I've always enjoyed his
company, whether it be, drinking on some
back-road, or chillin' on the couch with
some LSD. Grant has always encouraged my
creative ventures, and for that he is
truly a Friendster.
fine fellow... he's the guy to ask if you need
someone to take video of yourself
performing a crack-of-dawn wedding
ceremony ... and he's patient with you when
you mistake the time on the ceremony and
arrive way too early (both for the ceremony
and in the day) ... a stand-up guy all the
way... a true southern gentleman who
makes lovely art/documentary photographs
of classrooms that cause me to rethink the
spaces in which we live our lives (despite
the denial of being an artist above)...
door when I met Grant, but two classes
with Norton and a few "cigs" out back
told me this egg cannot be broken. He
has that kind of humor that will make
your eyes get all cockeyed like and
your mouth all funny lookin' while
your brain asks your ears "is that
really what he said?" Grant has great
artistic vision and I believe that he
will be a contributing photographer
someday for TIME, RollingStone or
Hustler--oh wait wait no, that's Don
nevermind.
