Ben Goldman is the only white guy I
know who once got his hair cut at this
place called "Oh My Nappy Hair" in
L.A. He didn't like the style. They tried
to make him look like Coolio. Still I
think about Ben everytime I pass by "Oh
My Nappy Hair" (which happens to be 2
1/2 blocks away from where I live). I
also think about how I would have never
seen such bad movies if it wasn't for
Ben. Back in high school we even once
saw "Tank Girl" with Lori Petty as "Tank
Girl" and Ice-T as a half man/ half
kangaroo. Here's some real dirt on Ben:
I know for a fact he wasn't always a
vegan...there's was a time, back in the
day, when he had such an
unmanageable affinity for deli muenster,
that a few select group of friends
couldn't avoid but refer to him as "the
cheese monster". Even though he's a
vegan now and i still eat cheese, he's
nice enough to let me stay his friend,
and for that I am grateful.
