About Me:
Notoriously Curious.
I'm finally back in the Bay Area (where I started). I moved back from icky awful Los Angeles and before that it was Brooklyn, New York City and the Bay Area. That's quite a lot of moving around to do in three years. Working on getting that Masters Degree to work, and trying to remember how to relax a little. Could probably use some help on that one.
At the moment, my roommates are an older couple and three cats. But with any luck this will change in the next two or three months. I'm hoping for a studio in SF/Oakland/Berkeley.
I was living in a cave in New York. You in the Bay Area who have never ventured out into the big wide world, I'm sure, were unaware that there were caves in the big apple. Trust me, there are lots of people living underground. Thus, my california-sun-tanned skin turned milky white. I finished my Masters degree and now work as an assistant to a film noir author. I am drawn to Epicurean delights like cheese, and the smell of freshly mown lawns. I think they trigger thoughts of the importance of living life. New York was the best for the cheese, but sadly lacking in the other elements. It's was also good for making one feel artsy. These are my thoughts, for the moment, and all you need to know of me for now. I like the way my face feels in mid-laugh. I try to take care of my friends. I'm interested in cultural phenomena and shifts in perception. I like to have my back scratched too. I'm quiet in new situations, but tend to run on when I haven't seen you for a while. Drop me a line if you knew back in the day, I'm always curious to hear what old friends are up to. For more, go to: http://www.myspace.com/3100133.usr or www.geocities.com/haileen77/index.htm

Who I Want to Meet:
I'm fierce in the kitchen, and can usually hold up my end of the conversation. I like people with those qualities.

we were both under the influence the
other night. Unfortunately I don't
think she's going to hold up her end of
the bargain, so take good care of her
you Benicians. Do you realize she's
giving up living one block away from a
bar that serves a free pizza with every
drink you order? I mean, sure the
weather is better in CA, but c'mon,
FREE PIZZA! I'll miss you here in
Babylon, lady.
really is that fun-loving, happy and
friendly-like in person as well. seems
like every party we've been to
together, heather and i manage to meet
up by the food table, or by the fridge
door, or by the stereo...what an
awesome friend. :)
when she'll do a strange thing. She'll crack her
meticulously-painted liberal ironist shell, and burst
out with all the enthusiasm of a four-year-old
child. I'll miss her when she leaves. San Francisco
doesn't deserve her.
makeup and brade hair when I was
five, to teaching me how to bake
cookies (with salt instead of suggar)
a few years later, to taking me
through the ropes of our profession
in New York last year, she's always
been there to guide me and to
giggle. She's the big sister I always
wanted.
Well Head-Er basically rocks, she's
always there when you need her,
even if all you do is talk her ear off
about your boyfriend in the Army! And
she'll call you when she hears a
song that reminds her of you, that
always rocks! We miss her here in
Cali! Remember the night with Drew
and the sparkly tube tops! Jesus!
Good times, good times.
sweet and smart as a whip. You New
Yorker's better give it up for her or
we'll lure her back!
