I watch very little television.

Hi! I work in the field of human resources for a state
government agency, and I'm also a part-time student. In my
(rare) off-hours I'm a devoted Trekker and general sci-fi
fan, creative writer, reader, beginning amateur
photographer, admitted 'net junkie and very amateur
musician. You can also frequently catch me walking/hiking
for exercise and playing a game or three of pool. My Meyers-
Briggs is INFJ and I like learning about new people. Two
things people always comment about when describing me are
my positive outlook and my intelligence. I'm also very
liberal in terms of my views and opinions -- yes, I am a
Democrat -- although I live a conservative lifestyle and am
a practicing Catholic.

For friends, I'm just looking for people to talk to and do
things we enjoy together. Let's see what we have in common!

For dating, I'm looking for an intelligent gentleman with a
generally positive outlook on life. Age/race/etc. are
unimportant but I do appreciate people who are willing to
take care of themselves and who are about at the same stage
of life as me. Friends first is an absolute requirement:
we'd need to share some of the same interests but have
enough differences to keep life interesting. Beyond that --
who knows? Let's start simple with a cup of coffee or a
walk and see what develops. New friends are just as welcome
as romantic relationships!
