numero uno!!! positive dun tayo lagi. unlike the majority of the other martial arts, jiu jitsu techniques must be appliied and perfected againts live opponents. there are no forms of shadow boxing.

the best place, with the best instructors who would mold you and train you to be a total MMA fighter, making you versatile fighter, both standing and on the ground, and leave to you a legacy and core values emphasizing humility and respect for all individuals. Truly, the best MMA school in the Phil.
