Well, I'm half Irish and half Finnish. That should explain a lot.

My favorite place in the world to be is our summer house in Finland. The smell of the pine trees and the wood burning to heat the sauna. The sound of the lake lapping against the row boat, landing and rocks. The sun shining almost all night during the summer. Seeing toys and books my mom played with as a little girl. Running down the steps from the hot sauna to jump into the freezing cold lake. Eating all my favortie Finnish foods. Being with my family. Sleeping in the same bed my mom slept in growing up, the same one I've slept in there all my life. Nothing makes me happier than that place.
