Testimonials and Comments for Lauren
my guru, and my most dangerous
sidekick. She is the reason most of
college was memorable; ironically, she
is also the reason I don't remember
large portions. She now lives too far
away, and I'm suffering from
withdrawal.
I "met" online when I had just gotten
the internet and thought it was the
most amazing thing in the world senior
year of high school. Now, more than
six years later...damn how far we
haven't come. This amazing editrix
can diagnose the comma-splice mishap
in any written exercise, not to
mention she made me the best home-
cooked meal I've ever had (sorry
mom). Brilliant, funny, blessed with
infinite wisdom, the only apparent
flaw is that she wears a wig, but that
really is just a blessing in disguise.
in the days she donned a green
jumper. But behind those pointy cones
are qualities that make every penny of
her Bat Mitzvah worth it. She showed
generosity by leaving the police
officers who helped her after her car
wreck a duffle bag of booze on the
highway. Her compassion came through
when I was sick in bed and she brought
me a bottle of Cuervo. She showed
humility when she returned my sweater
declaring "Out,damn'd spot!" She is a
crusader in keeping Shirley Temple's
legacy alive. Besides these charitable
works, L.T.W. never ceases to make me
laugh, inspire me, teach me something
new, and more importantly, I know
she'll always have my back when I need
it the most. And this comes from over
a decade of experience.
