that government should be of laws rather than of man;
that earth's greatest treasure lies in human personality and
that service to humanity is the best work of life.

I wanna gather all junior jaycees around the campus. To all active members continue to soar high and show the reality of the jaycees. To all inactive members, may they swift their horizons and replenish the times they never had by participating in the activitied that ARE TO Be conducted by the organization. To all alumni, may they continue to support the existence of the LOM and cooperate throughout the year by participating in the various activities. To all supporters of the USC LOM, may we be able to built a great camraderie of fun, leisure, wisdom and service to be able to build a world with a positive outlook and develop competitive leaders and society of the Republic of the Philippines!
