About Me:
I'm not afraid to admit my failures. For example, once I entered a limerick contest for Beach City Gas in Santa Cruz. The prize would have been $50 in free gas. Here is my limerick:
When taking a jaunt to the beach
your patronage we'd like to beseech.
Come to Beach City Gas
and fill your crevasse.
It's a ten like Nadia Comaneci
Apparently Beach City Gas didn't think that I was a perfect 10, but I'm bouncing back and am currently seeking my own gymnastics. You've inspired me Nadia.

Who I Want to Meet:
People who make things that look and/or sound pretty with their bodies and/or brains. Optimists who don't necessarily know what they are doing with their lives, but who follow their noses, and travel well. Goofy people with a grace for physical comedy and an ear for playing with words. Well meaning people who aren't afraid to make fun of me. Storytellers in any medium. Girls who like to slam dance. Neo-Futurists.

testimonials. With all the smart things that come
out of her mouth you'd think her friends could give
a little back. Jeez. Oh yeah, Lily's cool too. I like
her. I'd have to agree with David in that Lily is lot
funnier than she lets on. This one time, me and her
and Adrienne stood around making up the most
obscure pirate jokes we could think up. Maybe it
was the nearly half bottle of absinthe we'd polished
off, but damn those jokes were FUNNY. I still have
internal stomach hemrARGHging from all the
laughing i did. Definitely one of my favorite
memories of my time in Santa Cruz.

that she's Bohemian - at least in part. And I
eventually learned that she's more passionate
about things than she might first let on. She's
one of the smartest people I know - but
anyone who knows her will tell you that. They
might not tell you that she's very funny, which
is just as true. For those reasons, and many
more, I am truly fortunate to be her friend.
