I was born in La Jolla, moved to Cardiff when I was 2. Grew up in Cardiff graduated San Dieguito High and became a graphic artist and screen printer. I had my own shop in Sorrento Valley for seven years called Arm and Squeegee Screen Printing. It kept getting bigger, but I never made any more money. I moved to Crested Butte Colorado in 1996 and started working in the kitchen at the Crested Butte Marriott. I found out I was pretty good in the kitchen. I went to the Culinary Institute of America a few years later and graduated in 2001. I worked at a top flight restaurant in Manhattan for two years. While I was there I met my wife Jessica. We returned to California, got married, and are going to have a baby in the next few days. I am Zac. out
