My studio is now open to serve your needs. You can do band rehearsals comfortably with privacy in my 20 square meter main studio with airconditoning. Furthermore you can use my guitars & distortion effects all inclusive to the minimal PHP200 per hour only. I can do your demos either live or by track recording for only PHP300 per hour.
