Someone who has a really short torsoe and really long curly hair that he pulls back into a scraggly pony tail and then tops it off with a bike helmet and on his short torsoe is a plaid button down shirt tucked tightly into a pair of black jeans which are pegged at the bottom and tucked into his high socks and speaks spanish with an indian accent.
