She is one of the "icons" of sb.com who truly inspire me with her masterpieces. Have i ever told you that, Liz? Well, now, you know. :) I would really love to meet you in person, Liz! ;) Perhaps at Emily's monthly crop?
I know you're about to be wed... I just wish you and Eric all the best! ;) (((hugs)))
miss working with her!
boring work days fun with captivating
lunch sessions dishing out about
trends in lucky mag, where to find
kute guys (starbucks) and fashion no-
nos. No day was ever mundane with Liz
because we'd always have something to
talk about when she came into the
office with her talk about mizirahis
and kute shoes (love dem shoes)...oh
an occassionally work related things
=). Liz always has time to help out
even the smallest tasks and i love how
she always keeps it real. Dang I miss
working for you guys...
need?! I'm just adding my two cents
to reinforce everything that has been
said. Liz is fierce! So lovely and
graceful, organized and with it! I'm
glad she's a role model for so many of
our youth. I miss being her co-worker
and can't wait to drag her out to the
next Girls' Night Out when I am back
in L.A.!
or hear from her. She just has that
sunny aura about her!
I can't say enough about her - hey, how
can anyone who loves Felicity, John
Mayer and state politics go wrong?
Seriously, though, hitch your wagons to
Liz now...she's going far...
Her only fatal flaw...she got me
addicted to Friendster. Thanks for the
inviting me, Liz! ;-)
chldhood friends. Instead of being
competitive, we actually hit it off.
As all these other testimonials have
spelled out, she's great! So great
that she helped me plan to redecorate
my house with her great sense of
style. She got down and dirty planting
plants in my backyard on a dreadfully
hot summer day! The next few times I
saw her after I got engaged, she
swarmed me with Bridal magazines,
books, and travel magazines for the
honeymoon. Liz always looks immaculate
from head to toe. I've always viewed
her as a great package. Someone that
is intelligent, hard working, selfless,
tall and thin, has a great sense of
humor, cooks, is flexible, and has a
great sense of style. What more can
you ask for? I'm sure she has one or
two, but I honestly can't think of a
flaw in her.
banquet said, "I nominate Liz as the
nicest person on the earth
(paraphrased)." I would like to second
that. Always a joy to talk to, Liz is
also one of the hardest workers I have
ever seen. Her mentorship of many of
us "younger ones" is greatly
appreciated; from talking about her
experiences at UCLA, or just giving out
inspiration, it helps. Liz does have a
fault though...she will betray Bruin
blood and become a Trojan. Oh well, I
guess we all have to have faults. :-P
We are human after all.
upset that you've listed usc football
as an interest! Liz is truly a force
to be reckoned with. She's so fun to
be around and so wise on all the issues
that people should be knowlegable of
(like the Benetton outlet and Lucky
magazine). I know that if I lived in
the district, I'd safe in the knowledge
that Liz is working on my cases. But
maybe Liz should try to take some more
responsibilty, maybe a position in
management? haha, I had to throw that
in. I totally look up to Liz and not
just because of the 4 inch heels that
she wears everyday, which makes
her "you know, that tall, skinny girl
in the office." Liz has it totally
together, a good head on her shoulders,
picks the best presents, and loves
Felicity and SATC just was much as I
do. I'm happy that we've finally moved
from real-life co-workers to friendster
friends(being silly)! The only problems
I have with Liz are that she probably
works too hard and I fear that she will
drive, rather than walk, to the
Lovebirds when it finally moves in,
just 2 buildings away (it's only uphill
one way). But I guess that's what it's
like to walk in Liz' shoes (you know,
the 4 inch heels)!
