About Me:
I do: laugh, think, wander, tinker, read, obsessively shop for furniture and design ideas, love IKEA, love chocolate, love coffee, love good cocktails, travel, detest hot humidity, love fall, dabble, buy gifts for others, buy gifts for myself, long for change, hate change, love dogs
I don't: stay still, eat pickles or mustard, fake it, do digital, go too long between pedicures, clean as much as I should, like deep water or currents
I try to: organize myself, learn as much as I can, keep myself to myself (sometimes), be extremely social (other times), save, be financially responsible, travel enough to scratch that particular itch, keep old friends, write letters, be creative

By lady I mean of the regal, witty, well-
conversed, straight-backed, and
charming variety. She's one of those
folks who if you had her attention for a
couple years, you could probably write
fabulous novel and then a well-
researched encyclopedia... She's a good
combo of maturity/refined and goof-silly.
If I had a penis, I would opt to be her
knight in shining armor, at least for a 24
hour period... wait! Maybe..... I......
can......
the modern Jane Austen...
Emily along with several others were
horsing around backstage. Not to name
names, but someone started throwing
popsicle sticks and rubber bands
around. That was ensued by an exchange
of some not so nice terms and a
few "fuck you"s. See, Emily is this
very witty woman with a devious smile
who isn't one to bite her tongue.
She's smart, funny, and a damn good
cook. While we might have our verbal
battles, she's one of the few liberals
from good ol' Indiana that I can co-
miserate with.
properly define a word that best
describes Emily. She is so much more
than an "intellect" and "artist." She
is boldly creative, articulately
brilliant, smashingly chic, and
unbelievably driven. She allows
herself to explore and discover a
myriad of images and ideas, thoroughly
considering each before moving on to
uncover more. She is incredibly
insightful at the same time that she
is hysterically preoccupied with the
guy behind the espresso machine. No
one will ever fill the space that
Emily occupies in my life. She has
proven herself as the very closest and
dearest of friends on multiple
occassions. I am so thankful for her
thoughts, grace, charms, and
friendship, which I fondly compare to
that described in Anne of Green Gables.
ever known. Without Emily, my senior
year at school would have been
UNBEARABLE. Emily is one of the best
friends you could ever ask for.
Understanding? Check! Fun? Check!
Slightly neurotic? Check! Dependable?
Check! Too intelligent for her own
good? Check! This girl is the whole
package, and while she tends to be a
pessimist when it comes to dating...I
KNOW for a FACT there is a man out
there who will one day make Emily feel
she is on top of the world (where she
belongs). Oh, and btw...congrats for
getting the hell outta Noho and going
to the holy land (ok, thats a stretch!)
smile like the joke's on you, and then
you're thinking, "Oh, crap. Do I have
a sign on my back that says 'Kick me'?"
Emily, though I've known her for only
a short while, is a seriously cool and
beautiful gal with a brain the size of
a planet. It's not every day that I
learn something new, but, with her, it
seems like everything is new to me.
Though there is probably no one on
this good planet who is more unlike me
than Emily, nothing could honor me
more than having her as a friend.
about Emily, though I do Think the World of
her! She is a very honest friend, and I must
say that that is the best kind. If you are
Emily's friend, be honest to her, too--tell her
how honestly wonderful she is!
I will be just as cool as Emily Jones
and will come back to Germany to drink
myself silly, just like Emily Jones.
And there will be some OTHER fool who
gets all MY mail. Besides, she has the
same last name as me. I mean... she
MUST be cool.
