this lass since i was rocking pampers.
what i really remember is that sessions
with allison usually ended up with us
running around like little drunk adults,
putting on elaborate and heavily
costumed theatrical antics for our
parents. allison was always in control
and allison somehow always scored the
role of wonderwoman. then there was the
time we emptied out her mother's
cosmetic cabinet and cleaning products
into a cauldron in an attempt to
recreate Roald Dahl's George's Marvelous
Medicine. i don't think i've had as much
fun since. i cannot imagine a finer
companion. someone better scoop her up
and treat her like the goddess that she
is...
candy apple at the county fair, like a
kier royal with razzberrie syrup, like
a mint julep on a hot summer's day.
alison is the preschool teacher we all
wish we had. she's sexy and fiesty
and full of love and giggles. she's
all sass, style and creativity and you
can't help but fall in love with her.
sharp, shimmery, colorful, there's no
other quite like her, she truly
shines! Wise, wise, wise is this one.
She has helped me calibrate and see
things in different ways for a long
long time...sniff, sniff, i miss her.
