amongst the battles of life and comes
through battered but alive and with a
determination that is to be admired!
She lets nothing stand in her way yet
enjoys every moment of life that she
can; taking it for what it is fully
worth! She is an individual to be
respected and admired, and I am proud
that I know her, and that she was a
trmendous positive influence upon my
life!
pictures with Lisa (the film, as it
happens, was _Bulworth_) En tout cas,
after the source of this rumour was
erroneously identified as me, there
followed three consequences: first, a
contentious (-Why would I start such a
stupid rumour? -Who said you weren't
stupid?) interview, then we became
friends. And still I've never brought
myself to see Bulworth
Lisa is a survivor. She can make it
through just about anything and has an
amazing ability to get others to
believe that they can do the same.
Honestly, I don't know what I would do
without her. In fact, I don't know
what half the world would do without
her! Even when she is the person who
needs to be taken care of, she is
ready to help others. While some
people talk about making a difference
in the world--refraining from every
day apathy and becoming involved in
change--Lisa actually does it. She
engages herself on the macro and micro
level, often putting her own needs to
the side to make sure that the needs
of others are met. I guess the one
word that best describes her is
selfless.
Lisa, even when we are miles apart,
and/or haven't spoken for weeks, I
know that you are somewhere thinking
something similar to what I am
thinking (freaky, I know).
