In chronological order: The Monster At the End of This Book, The "value books" my mother bought me when I was 4, The Once and Future King, Inherit the Wind, Pride and Prejudice, Merchant of Venice, Invisible Man, The Power Broker, Moneyball, Kavalier and Clay. More importantly, I: dont trust people who list A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius here, think Confederacy of Dunces was overrated, and dont find David Sedaris to be very funny.

Seriously, what's not to like about a girl who can cook a ridiculously good lasagna, can talk trash like no other, for whom whiskey and oxygen sometimes seem interchangeable, and can talk me under the table in economics? Oh, and did I mention totally hearts the Sox?
