About Me:
I hate these questions. But if I must answer, so be it...
I am outgoing, spontaneous, LOVE kids, I love to cook
(I've come a long way from my "Chef Lauren" days...you'd
all be proud of me now!), I love cold weather, i
ABSOLUTELY love chaos (this includes a variety of events
such as hurricanes, power outages, fire drills in the
middle of the night...), i'm obsessed with spicy tuna
rolls with tempura flakes from Yama, I can't live without
my iced coffee in the morning and a dessert after every
meal. I am probably the only person you'll meet that
can't drink coffee or tea without a minimum of 6
tablespoons of sugar. I've been told I'm opinionated
(though everytime I'm told this it's said as a
compliment....I think!), I'm famous for sending out e-
mails with the wrong people's addresses on them and then
having to talk my way out of a mess, I'm like Rainman when
it comes to remembering dates. I desperately want to learn to knit well, but I've been working on the same scarf for almost a year now so I don't think I'll be up to making real clothing anytime soon. Okay, I think I've
devulged enough information about myself!!!

She seriously has a heart of gold! She is so much fun to be with and knows of all the good secrets in New York City--especially ones involving food!! I miss seeing you everyday in school and I always look forward to getting together. Wish we still worked close to each other.

acapella. In fact, I believe Lauren was
one of The Pegs or a member of The
Rythem Method and maybe even the
Crosbys until that whole Yentel thing
blew up. Anyhow, if you are ever sitting
in Divorce and Family Mediation, you
would be lucky to be sitting next to
Lauren.
She can burp the alphabet and eat a
pint of ice cream and then make fun of
you for eating sorbet for breakfast (it's
fruit!) She is one of the absolute best
ppl I know and will one day be a kick-
ass knitter. To know her is to love her
and her love of dotphoto.

coupons! If it wasnt for Lauren Roy
Friedman, my summer would have been a
lot more suicidal, and a lot less full
of Peanut Butter Puffins! never have i
met someone get so much crap for free-
this girl has a coupon for everything!

little college theatre production
called "Sunday In The Park With
George," where my lines consisted
of "NURSE! NURSE! NURSE!" and Lauren
ran around the stage whining and
singing "It's Hot In HERE! I want my
GLASSES!" Since then, we have done
other shows together, thereafter moved
into New York City, and remained the
closest of friends. Lauren is the most
wonderful hostess for "American Idol"
and she and Eric cook the most fabulous
gourmet dinners before we sit down to
laugh at American Idol contestants--
because HEY!!! WE can sing MUCH BETTER
than them!!! Lauren is also a very
*patient* model when I do her makeup
and take lots of digital pictures for
my bridal book. My fondest memories of
spending time with Lauren include going
shopping for LV bags in a certain small
shop downtown. =)
