This kid is brilliant and has a
certain crazy energy bubbling
underneath his gentle exterior. We
gave a hammer to bang in a show we
were in and boy did he light up. He
wanted to knock everything in sight
and while I was onstage I see Chris
walking everywhere in the theatre
smacking chairs, the floor, walls,
garbage cans and having the time of
his life. Moral of the story, if you
see the gentle Chris and like that
side, then don't for godssakes give
him a hammer. Actually now that I
think about it I think that pseudo-
volatile side is cool.
chris used to be cooie and i thought that that
name was particularly excellent. he used to
have a list of films he'd seen. chris, mica,
michelle, and i were young filmmakers
together in san francisco. that was back in the
80s before we'd all moved onto our individual
creative projects. i dont see chris around as
much as i used to. i usually see him when
were both running around on 24th street.
christopher, do you remember when our
bodies moved as one as we made
beautiful sounds together? oh yea, and
that one time we got together to
practice music was cool too.
He's the most mature/composed/honorable man
I know...that has the ability to freak out any
moment! It's crazy! He's crazy. One of the
writer/artists that I absolutely respect because
his pieces are always the shit and he doesn't give
a fuck what people think/say about him...well he
might but you gotta ask him. Hah! That's a dope
picture.
This guy is truly amazing!! How we
managed not to meet in high school
completely baffles me still! cuz Chris
is the man!! One of the few people in
the world that I can just talk to
forever and ever! He's always willing
to listen, even if it's 4 in the
morning without a drop of caffeine in
our systems. We don't talk as often as
we used to (cuz Chris is too busy with
all the cool shit he does =P), but
whenever we do talk, it's as if a
second hasn't passed! rock on, robin,
rock on!! =P
wow, i have not seen this guy since
high school. i am sure that he is
still just as cool as back then
though. we sat together for like four
years in reg and played deuces and
hearts thru it all. chris was always
kinda quirky and funny. i see you are
pursuing the theatre arts now too-
that rocks!
