i'm in a still moment, healing and figuring out what comes next. i can't move too much yet and am learning how to be in a new body. i love the complexity of the city and yearn for the quiet of mountain tops and deep woods. i have a really full and blessed life right now, full enough to be nourishing and simultaneously challenging. at season's change i'm unrelentingly excited, just to see what transformations happen next.
