About Me:
A straight shooter with upper management potential, I graduated college in 2000, and moved to NYC after an eight-year stint in Washington D.C. I have joined a local baseball league and am pitching my way to stardom, waiting for that long-lost Red Sox scout to come along. In the meantime, I've been promoted to a management position at Dow Jones. What's the world coming to, right? I'm very sarcastic if you can't already tell.I love sports, particularly Boston sports. Unfortunately, I've also gotten sucked into following politics. If I don't stay in business/journalism, I want to work for the FBI or CIA. And oh yeah, I'm terrified of snakes.

Testimonials and Comments for Ben
Seriously, if he wants, he could probably
take me and another friend to court.
Thank you, Sigall.
Ben is the man. Anyone who has the
pleasure of chilling with him will have
nothing but good things to say.
more loyal a Boston fan, or a
bigger "G" so don't bother looking.
Yankee fans, "youngsters", and dirty
basketball players beware, Ben will put
you in your place. There is a steak
dinner waiting for him in San Diego and
a Pats victory in Houston. East coast,
West coast, it don't matter, Ben is
nationwide, hell Ben is worldwide.
situational lefthander for the Red Sox
and his days of highlightmaking plays
on the many athletic fields of
Washington, DC. But all I really need
to say is, COWBOY UP!
of the loop when the first email you've
received from your close friend in
several months is a "friend request" on
Friendster. In spite of the lack of
correspondence b/w the two of us, I've
got nothing but love for this cat. The
number of hilarious stories and
anecdotes I could share are innumerable
and I wouldn't even know where to
start. Among my favorite Segal memories
are: cutting class to eat lunch at ABP
and tell jokes; intramurals (both
football and b-ball...the signature
Segal mouthpiece was freakin classic);
calling out youngsters left and right;
the altercations with the fruity
redhead at Mailboxes, Etc.; hearing
Ben's absolutely horrendous rendering
of hip- hop songs (Gangstarr and EPMD
were the most notable, but I'm sure
there were others); walking 37 miles to
Camden Yards b/c my Dad was too cheap
to park closer to the Stadium; blue
icies at Camden; calling out the
Baltimorons in their khaki shorts,
moccasins and cell phones; basically
anything incorporating Camden Yards;
Masato Yoshii?; "G'in" minus
the "G'in"; Jose Awfulman; Tim Shitta;
Bill Walton; Walt "Clyde" Frazier;
Ben's ridiculous obsession with fantasy
sports and the WWF; "The Worst Ever"
and his many flights of fancy (losing
his car in the pouring rain was a
personal fave). Hell, I have thousands
more, but time and space are severely
limited so I'll leave it at this: Ben
Siegel, one of the best yet...he's nice
like that
