I'm off life plans. Fuck'em -- because they don't work. I'm going to do yoga. Professionally. And the best part about this is that it FEELs right rather than being another twenty-something bandaid fix to not knowing what to do with myself. I'm legitimately excited.
I love good coffee and good coffee paraphania, and i have the 1970 La Pavoni Europiccolo chrome lever-pull espresso machine to prove it! It makes the BEST espresso. I know i'm ridiculous. Working at the Second ReadRock City Coffee Roasters spoiled me for LIFE i tell ya!
DaN is the best, and i'm psyched to see there is the domestic partner status up there now so the whole world knows just how committed we are. It pains me to fill in single in all those legal forms, because i'm NOT dammit! I haven't been monogamous all this time to have to fill in that "single" circle!
I love skinny-dipping and i really miss summers in Maine. That's the hardest thing about living in a city... it's hard to want to go outdoors here for very long. The winter time i'm used to being able to go snow-shoeing in my field, but that doesn't happen in Somerville, MA. Nope. You can take the Lindsay out of the boonies, but you can't take the boonies ouf of the Lindz.
I love petting chickens. They just don't love to be pet.
