I've known this fine girl since the first grade when her hair do looked like a cross between a middle-aged woman's coiff and a brillo pad. I didn't know that by the time I hit puberty I would need Julie to guide me through this wilderness of hair that would end up plaguing me too. But don't be confused, my best friend from six years of age has matured into the beautiful eyed, gorgeous ringlet-haired loveable woman you see in the picture before you. Julie is kind, sensitive, loyal and always ready to laugh at herself. I find this to be one of her most charming qualities.
