What am I going to do without David to translate lyrics of bubbly cantopop songs, or go to the EEG center to buy pirated videos and music, or to hop on a bus to see monkeys climbing into people's vans? David is a main ingredient of interesting adventurological reactions. About six months after we were trapped in a subway under the East River during NYC's blackout, we began exploring Bangkok and stumbled upon the red light district entirely by accident even though we weren't staying near there and hadn't bought a guidebook yet. He's the only man I can count on to have a thirst for Green Tea Smoothies and interesting beers in the same day. Read his blog before the Communists ban it.
