Well, this is always hard for me I can never figure out
what to say
This is my third year, and I am going to be here for a
while. When I first started school I would never thought I
would be doing what I am doing now. Back in my high school
years I never had opinion over political issues but working
at the WoMens Center has really broaden my horizon in many
ways. It has impacted me by making me proud to be a girl
and realizing that being a girl makes me no less human than
other people. In other words it has given me the strength
to stand firm in my beliefs and not let anybody put me down
for being who I am.
I am not your average girl, some of my friends just think
of me as a weird person (you know who you are). But to
tell you the truth I am proud to be weird. When you
first
meet me you may think that I am so strong and miss know-it-
all. Some people even consider me shy and innocent, how
wrong they are!!! I am the kind of person that keeps
themselves in a shell, but once you gain my trust I bloom.
I let you in fully no holds bars, at the same time I expect
the same out of people. Which has gotten me hurt plenty a
time. Being first generation American, Chicano, and the
eldest of my family has forced me to really create that
shield around me, I am independent, goal orientated, an
Ally to many groups, a leader, and most of all a friend. To
me friendship is the most beautiful thing that can ever
exist and from friendship stems everything else. I protect
my friends at all cost. Once you get to know me you will
realize that I am very forward I say what I am thinking
because thats what I believe is true. I dont like lies
and I dont give them.
The only other obsession I have is animation, Japanese to
be exact!

My god whats up to these hard questionshmmm. I am open
to meet just about anyone. A friend would be nice (actually
great), and who knows it could turn out to be so much more.
But the only pet peeve I have is that they are open-minded
and are willing to meet me half away. (Note: Guys in
all black are quite appealing hint, hint).
