I sufferred, but I grew stronger. It was inevitable. The time tried my soul and through trail, I over came.In a state of confusion, a matter of time. In a state of doubtless, a matter of mind. My mind need to be strong all the time.

Desire, is lighted up again. So temping, a few words that make up my mind again. "Never give up." I want to win, the greatest enjoyment that you will experience. Not only in athletics, but also in overall. I am thinking, if I can do it or not. I am pondering, if I can still do that again or not. I am telling you, I know we can do it. Trust me.

Pain is temporary. Quitting lasts forever. If you ever get a second chance, in life for something, go all the way long. There are many things I want, and the only way to get them is to keep my head down, listen to the right people.

My coach used to tell me...you met lots of friends mainly
from your sec sch stage...I didn't have lots of close
friends, as my time was harsh...2 high-schools in total...I
do miss my pals alot...though I didn't really spend lots of
time with them...my time was only for study and training...I am
glad that I can know my buddies...at least, I am able to talk
myself to them...to be honest, if you are able to hear my
words, you are one of them already...I hope you will do the
same...

Should always think like this...Anything could happen...to any person...in any time...in any place...Life is a gift...treasure whatever you have now...never takes things for granted...strive for whatever which is meaning to you...and treasure...
