We, The Red Cross Youth Volunteers of the Philippine National Red Cross-Caloocan City Chapter, with the utmost desire to help humanity to uphold the noble and lofty ideals of the International Red Cross Movement bound to the seven fundamental principles, envisions an organization of the youth readily available to respond to their needs and issues and enpower them in the spirit of Red Cross through constructive trainings and effective leadership so as to provide oppotunities for directing and harnessing their energy and idealism into worthwhile humanitarian activities to greatly intensify the force behind the power of humanity. with the help of Almighty Creator and the innate abilities of the youth, a pro-active and more responsive focal point of coordination will assist and advice the youth councils in the development and promotion of the Red Cross Youth Programs.
