When I look back upon days gone by
I can't help but clear a tear from my eye
As I think of spandex and purple foam
and being 3000 miles away from home
Memories of Dora pop in my head
and I suddenly think that I may be dead
for its been a while since i've donned the blue suit
that made me feel fat and look like a fruit
But it feels like yesterday it all began
we started this journey hand in hand
(literally) we were best pals, 5 and 7
graduating into nickelodeon heaven
And we met some crazies along the way; some of them grumpy and some of them gay...but we always laughed and held our heads high; for we swore in foam we would never die
The gay bar tour of america was fun
even though drag queens make me run
But it was my honor to share this time with you; you kept me sane and for that i love you!
There is so much that I could say
but nothing would do justice today
