      • What can I say about my Ate. She's the best! I've looked up to this woman since I could remember. She was like my best friend growing up. She showed me what the world had to offer me. She brought me to a sushi bar when i was like 10, and i've been eating sushi ever since! She never failed to call me to go see a good movie, or go out to eat at a thai restaurant when i was in my early teens. I believe the place was called thaiphoon.... Anyway, I guess what i'm trying to say is that i'm thankful for everything that my ate has ever done for me. Even though we live thousands of miles apart, I still think about you and remember all our memories. Thank you for everything! I love you Ate!

        many moons ago due to our common love
        of food and art and music and words.
        she is one of the most passionate
        people i know; it's the kind that
        inspires you. i miss spending time with
        her, chatting and giggling about
        everything and nothing. we still do
        that, but it's not the same when we're
        not in the same room.
