About Me:
im better in a relationship, probably; i like someone to talk to at night over several (apparenlty healthful) glasses of red wine. i now have a dog. i am, these days, quite busy, probably the way most people are busy once the immediate thrill of just being in nyc wears off and the ridiculous amount of work it takes to get anything done here hits you. but i like my work, which is journalism. i like smooching and wandering and underplanned vacations and have taken a great edge off my franticness through yoga--though its hard to really approve of that--resulting in a newfound vanity for having some balance, which i didnt think i had. i dont have tivo, though everybody at work does. i sortof want to move to brooklyn like everybody i know has but i have a cozy, conveinent e.v. apartment thats become ridiculously affordable as the rest of everything has gone crazy. and im a bit surprised that im updating this friendster thingy. . .

head or b) punch him. he tends to bring out
the best and the beast in a person.
in all seriousness, carl is great. he is also a
super talented writer. all should know this
great man.
tack. You know?
photos, Carl's hair is NOT permanently
windblown.
Manhattan) came to the burgeoning metropolis of
Crozet, Va. last year. I thought he would explode from
excitment - the wide-eyed look of the boy coming in
and trying to make good in the big city just about made
my heart melt. Then we went to a roller-rink and another
friend vaporized his ankle, incurring 1000's of dollars in
bills. Carl turned to me with tears in his eyes. "Take me
back to Mew York where it all makes sense!" I cried.
Then we drank beer and watched TV (though first we
turned it on). Some people aren't cut out to make it in
the bigs, but that's just one of Carl's many endearing
traits.
models I know, carl is the most down
to earth. really. it's a rare thing. he's
damn charming as well. he'll make
any heterosexual man VERY
confused. it's just an energy. actually
it's probably the height. i mean, at
6'4"...you can't really deny the man.
marvelous chap.
really good at marco polo.
Porterhouse steak. And yet, it's not
*all* about meat for Carl.
can count on to say something that
makes me feel better when I'm mad about
a boy. Of course upon scrutiny, the
comfort is probably a big lie, but that
doesn't really matter when it makes you
feel better and you don't scrutinize.
Carl's revolutionary freezer art might
be worth big bucks some day.
