JKD, ultimately, is not a matter of petty technique but of highly developed personal spirituality and physique. It is not a question of developing what has already been developed but of recovering what has been left behind. These things have been with us, in us, all the time and have never been lost or distorted except by our misguided manipulation of them. JKD is not a matter of technology but of spiritual insight and training.

Philosophy - the study of general problems concerning matters such as existence, knowledge, truth, beauty, law, justice, validity, mind, and language.
Philosophy is distinguished from other ways of addressing these questions (such as mysticism or mythology) by its critical, generally systematic approach and its reliance on reasoned argument.
The word is of Greek origin: φιλοσοφία, philosophía, "love of wisdom".

The centerline refers to an imaginary line running down the center of one's body. The theory is to exploit, control and dominate your opponent's centerline. All attacks, defenses and footwork are designed to preserve your own centerline and open your opponent's. Lee incorporated this theory into JKD from Wing Chun. This notion is closely related to maintaining control of the center squares in the strategic game chess.

The three guidelines for centerline are:
- The one who controls the centerline will control the fight.
-Protect and maintain your own centerline while you control and exploit your opponent's.
-Control the centerline by occupying it.

techniques should contain the following properties:
-Efficiency - An attack that reaches its mark.
-Directness - Doing what comes naturally in a learned way
-Simplicity - Thinking in an uncomplicated manner; without ornamentation

This is an approach to training that was developed by Daniel Inosanto after the death of JKD's Founder. The JKD concepts practitioner uses JKD methods to explore and add elements from other martial arts to their training process. Some of them have a strong base in Jeet Kune Do and some do not!

when u think u love somebody: its easier to luve somebody & hide ur feeling so it will not hurt both side. but to express ur felling to the one ur love so very much hard indeed.
