well tv is ok, but i heart talk radio... anything npr but esp. this american life w/ ira glass or fresh air w/ terry gross and KGO 810 (in SF) for len tillem (i'm a lawyer!) and karel... if you don't listen you should! but here's tv stuff: will&grace, sex and the city, american chopper, any show having to do with prisons, the cosby show, food 911, the best of... (food network)
