If you're asking why some people prefer to make things complicated, then I have to ask: is or isn't life, with all of its intricacies and complexities, more interesting when probed and viewed at from varying viewpoints?
Standing on the sidewalk looking down and looking down at that same sidewalk from 7 stories up above the ground... is incomparable in expression and emotions.
Simplicity is appealing, but is face value always enough? Or better yet, is it fair?
