There's very little music I'm *not* into. But, I hate *jam* bands -- come on! Make an album! I listen to Big-E instead of Tupac and Bowie over Elton, except for that "tiny dancer" song -- I just need someone to hold me closer.

I don't meet many people like Amanda.
Most people are named Tom or Jake or
Cindy, but not her. She's named
Amanda.
I think she holds the world to a higher
standard than the world would prefer.
She's a bit of an enigma. Uniquely
honest. But I'm afraid there's too much
going on in her head for honesty to be of
any help in fully figuring her out. She
seems to like volcanoes and tornadoes.
So I suspect she also likes other natural
disasters, or toes.

is angry. But not at me. Because I bet

it turned out we were on the same flight back
home, and we sat next to eachother and
giggled through airplane movies and drank
free minature bottles of wine and stole lime
green airplane pillows together (ok maybe just
i did). brown leaves a hazy memory in my
brain, but i sure remember amanda. how
could i forget those crazy co-op hippies. i'm
just kidding. she's not a hippy. or crazy. she's
just from new mexico. what a great gal.
