this is between y'all. Paul "I ain't
afraid o' no ghost" Davies. Yeah, I
don't call him any of those names, but
I'm pretty sure he's not afraid of
ghosts. He is a little scared of Ray
Parker, Jr. though. Anyway....this is
my partna' for life right here.
Absolutely one of the finest people
you'll ever meet. Limitless talent.
Remarkable wife. Amazing work ethic.
Laughs at my dumb-ass jokes. And the
only guy I know who can rock cornrows
and still look like a damn teddy bear.
With cornrows. I'll always be
friends with Paul. I haven't found
another guy who's more fun to do a
drunken Lodi Dodi with. D, you'll always
be my Doug E. Fresh. (Please don't let
them deport me.) Tick tock, you don't stop!
one person that has gone through more *ish
with me, for me, & from me, has gotta be my
own brother, my flesh & blood. He & his wife
Celeste have been like a big brother & sister
for 15 years of my life. I will never imagine a
life without them, because I will never allow
that to happen if I have the power to shape
such a circumstance. Paul has been my
mentor as an artist & in life. The man most
definitely inspires admiration in many. A man
of few words, the ones he lays on you are
always heavy. You should hear his freestyle
some time. With me on tha beatbox, I've
heard him flow for 15 minutes at a time, drop
dimes on a rhyme, & pick up a pencil to draw
a lady so fine she'll make you consider crime.
We started years ago practicing dance to
House music, & I feel like I have lived to see
him master it. Paul is truly a beautiful human
being. No wonder Celeste loves him so much.
