About Me:
Well I grew up in San Francisco and decided I would one day fly in
the United States Air Force or Navy. Little did I know that my
thoughts of flying would quickly change after my grandparents all
went through their spells of Cancer and treatment. In High school I
decided I wanted to do Cancer REsearch... A physiology course
was my springboard into the field of BioTechnology.. With that in
mind.. I wanted to find my niche in the search for a cure! With all
those damn Chemistry courses.. I got bogged down with the
thought of never graduating... I had previously wanted to pursue a
career in Massage Therapy and Physical Therapy... I had done
lots of practice on students in my High School days.. So with a
heavy heart I left the field of Molecular Biology to pursue my new
career in Occupational Therapy.. It is going to be a rough ride but I
am willing to challenge myself with it.. I hope I can just stick with it!
