I am a social researcher, editor and interfaith dialogue activist, previously working with Search for Common Ground, an international NGO working on conflict transformation in Indonesia. I am a former Jakarta-based Editor of Common Ground News Service - Partners in Humanity (CGNews - PiH), a news service on interfaith dialogue, especially on Muslim-West relation, founded by Search for Common Ground. Prior to this post, I had work as a high school teacher and lecturer at Airlangga University, Surabaya. I graduted from Faculty of Philosophy and Graduate School of Sociology, both at Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta. During 1999-2000, I got a scholarship from Nagoya University, Japan to study philosophy as an exchange students. During 2006-2008, I got a scholarship from Monbukagakusho Japan to study social studies at Kyoto University of Education, Kyoto Japan. Now I am living in Kyoto, Japan. Married, had one handsome son, I love my family so much. Tuban, a small town in eastern Java is my beautiful hometown.
