I am very focused and inspired - most of the time - then there are all those impossible ADD moments and thats when I get the best stuff done.
Spent August in Argentina recording my debut Solo Album - Adam Shell, Vacant Room. website to come.
I live for exciting stories and crazy people.
Nothing is better than sitting at home for hours playing the piano and writing new music.

I'd ditch just about anything for a great day of snowboarding and sex or either really.
I love fine food and good conversation. Sushi is my fav. Sushi Nozawa a must try for LA.
I always have a new idea. sometime it makes getting the old ones done difficult but it is inspiring.
I am very even energy unless I have too much caffine or too little sleep then I get a bit kerazzy!!!

Star man. I have known this guy since
I was born. Its amazing Im still
sane... he has been like a big brother
to me, well, sorta. Adam is so
talented; my favorite thing is when
our families get together at one of
our houses and guilt trip us into
singing. I could sit and listen to
Adam sing and play piano for hours. We
have traveled all over Europe
together, eating and drinking lots.
We've smoked pot on a cruise in
Europe, stood on the edge of the boat
and screamed "Im the king of the
world!!!" out into the blue oblivion.
What I love about Adam is that he is
always full of compliments for me.
Narcisstic? perhaps. He is always
there for me, and has been an
incredible friend for years and years.
Its amazing to know that someone will
be in your life forever, no matter
what. I adore him. And Ladies, watch
out for him...he's hot and will make
you fall in love with him.
brother to me without actually being a
brother. This meant he got mercilessly
tortured, with nary a parent to help him. But
hey, I must have done something right
because he went on to be a vastly talented
multi-hyphenate (actor, writer, director,
musician, home entertainment installer, all-
around fix it guy). You name it, he does it.
The boy's got talent. He's also generous, wise
beyond his years, funnier than hell and tons o
fun. But ladies beware. He'll make you eat his
ass. Which is a good thing. Adam's got a
nice ass.

laugh track is 2005 and his style is timeless.
