best buddy many many years ago. i'm
so glad that they've reconnected after
all these years b/c i always thought
cynthia was sooo cool. i remember she
had long hair and a friendly smile.
she was always nice to me even tho i
was the tag-along little sister. and
she never taught me bad words like
that one friend my sister had.. i
forget her name. she was not cool
like cynthia.
were both 10 yrs old in Hollywood, FL.
When I moved up north, we lost each
other. Well, I just had my 15 yr
reunion with Cynthia...and I must say
that there is beauty and good in this
world - to see the same brown eyes and
beautiful smile and tender and caring
heart I knew and remember at 10 yrs old
and that she, her core, has not
changed. We did a lot of catching up
(to say the least) ... sharing both our
parallel joys and trials of the past 15
yrs... and Cynthia only blooms more and
more, regardless the weather. Wiser,
keen sensitivity and genuine concern
for others, inner beauty that mirrors
her outer beauty, outlook of humor when
looking at the world, she holds onto
hope and faith while still being
realistic and has not succombed to
being jaded or cynicized... these are
only few of the qualitites that
immediately come to mind when one
thinks "Cynthia." We have truly picked
up right where we left off. She is and
always will be a rare and precious
friend to me.. the kind of friend I
will go the extra mile to protect,
defend, and cherish. And I won't be
without her again.
really a wacked-out nut job but does a
great job of hiding it by hanging
around people who are much louder than
she is.... but deep down she is really
schemeing things fr crazier than even
skippy could dare to dream.
On the reals, cynthia is an amazing
friend. she is Hyper Laid back
(meaning VERY laid back), shares my
love of cooking and then eating, is
cool to go dance with or sit around and
drink with. plus she looks hot in a
dress so she is a guy magnet. if you
don't have a cynthia in your life you
should get one right away ;)
