under tough circumstances, and she was
the only one in my corner. She is

thousands of miles away...

wrapped in a rice noodle. She has helped me
(on numerous occasions, mind you) to sort
through my pathetic little self-indulgent bouts
of doubt, aimed me in the right direction, told
me I was a moron for feeling that way, etc --
in other words, provided my sorry ass with
true, selfless guidance. You just can't *buy*
therapy like that. She is also a fantastic cook,
well-travelled, well-read, super-hot annnnnnd
is just so modest about it all that I sometimes
forget all the cool stuff she's done. I keep
wishing she'll surprise me and tell me she has
a sister...
know. One night she and I drank too
much beer (well I did), then she let
me sleep in her bed, worship at her
porcelain goddess in the wee hours,
and fed me tea toast in the morning
to make me all better. Not to mention
she has the best li'l dog ever - Sugar.
