Megan is ten characters at once who are all one character at tens. When she sings karaoke I am transported into a film version of my life. (I'm happy to get to play music with her now and hear her sing all the time.) If I wasn't drunk I could think of ten hundred thousand million more creative ways of saying how awesome and beautiful and wonderful megan is, but I am drunk so I won't tryh. But the point is, megan harrington freedom wilson makes so many of my days I don't know where I would be without her.

Gol-leeeeee ... Megan's a CUTIE. I think maybe I forgot to mention that before (though I can't imagine how) but her new photo twinkling at me from the "recently posted" section made me realize I had to rectify this omission.

Oh, my gosh -- I heard some Madonna today and was reminded of the incredible dance ... nay, performance ... nay, EXPERIENCE that is Megan and "Like a Prayer." I repeat ... oh my gosh.

Is it possible to be homesick for a moment in time? Or would that be moment-in-time-sick?

okay, so it wasn't megan's voice...i just realized it's actually some banner ad for smileys that when you roll your mouse over it says hello in a voice creepily akin to megan's...so megan I'm actually NOT insane. i know you're as relieved as i am.

Megan, Megan, Megan. Where to begin? From "alternative" parents, to Griffin-McKinley; from getting hit by automobiles, to frustrated loves; from late-night chats to IRC all-nighters; from Renn Fayre toasts to library muffins; from board games to climbing inside the coffee table ... ah, the things we have shared.
Why is it that we keep switching coasts, back and forth, instead of living in the same place? Ridiculous! Really I should be planning my life around where Megan lives). All the selfless adjectives describe Megan -- kind, generous, friendly, warm, attentive, self-sacrificing-- and yet somehow she manages to maintain her own feet on the ground. She gives of herself without giving herself away. She is one of the only bona-fide superheros I know -- and sometimes she even wears a cape. If you're lucky enough to know her, do two things:
One: Thank your lucky stars
Two: try to learn by her zen-like example.
