      • dear kelly: getting to my place from narita couldn't be easier! you have several options. one is to take the kesei honsen limited express to keisei-funabashi, walk to funabashi and take the JR sobu (which changes to the yokosuka line). or you could always take the keisei skyliner to nippori, change to the yamanote line to tokyo and take the tokaido line on in. of course you could also take the keisei to keisei-tsudanuma, take the shin-keisei local to shintsudanuma, walk to tsudanuma, and take the sobu (again, changes to yokosuka line). personally i prefer to take the keisei honsen limited to aoto, change to the oshiage line local to oshiage where it of course turns into the toei asakusa line, which i can take to sengakuji and catch the keikyu limited express. i did not mention the narita express which, although it is direct, is prohibitively expensive most of the time. all others will get you to yokohama in two shakes of a lamb's tail (roughly 2 hours). hope this helps!!

      • I received this email from Kelly
        asking "who the hell is this?" and I was
        alittle head to the side puzzled because
        well i'm around you know. After awhile I
        went back to this same email and well I
        found that a very funny opening line to
        an email and you know even later while
        resting my head in my humble little bed
        I thought of that opening question and I
        still found it extremelly funny and I
        laughed so much that I ended my ideas
        of going to sleep and stayed up another
        hour or two and listened to records.

      • Kelly sang the most beautiful songs for
        a big room of people when I was visiting
        Brooklyn. My friend and I were playing
        at a party and she said "sure" when I
        asked her *at the very last minute* to
        play a few of her songs before we
        played. That takes heart. I want a CD
        of those songs! I'm convinced she's a
        very good songwriter. Snowballs in my
        chest...indeed.
