I know what you're thinking...."What the heck is she up to now?" Well, I am happy to say that I am back on US soil, and have landed myself my very first full-time, and more importantly, full-paying job... teaching high school science in inner city Newark. A challenge? You bet! While I I have always found myself at home in school, (both here and down under!), my first few months as a teacher has taught me more than 20 years on the "student" side. When I am not working my tail off lesson planning, there are few things I don't enjoy, or won't have a go at... at least once! Traveling has become a passion of late....lucky for the summers off! And, as always, I try to keep myself surrounded by laughter .... laughter and good people.... and beer!
