      • Hey Rodney!!! Good to hear from you. I've been being a mom. I occasionally get to go out and dance. Which makes me feel like the old me. I'm finally back to where I look in the mirror and recognize myself and body. (I gained like 69 pounds while pregnant with Jackson.) Teneal son Sean T just had his 3rd birthday. She and I talked about the old days and how we LONG for a reunion of all the old school people. Where are you these days????

Rodney is my first touchable online
friend, he is my best one too,the

most thing that I addore about him is
        his simplicity in doing

things. He would do anything for the
        sake of knowing the truth
which made from him a couragous
person, and although there is a few

        cultural,physical and psycological
differences between us, we share a

lot of other important things such as
our dreams to be a world wide

        traveller and our political opinions
and the most important thing is

we both love good looking chicks,
actually all men have this thing in

        common.but the worst cultural
        differenc between us is
        toilets..................Syrians have
a totally different kind of toilets,
so if ever wanted to visit Syria, make
sure u bring ur toilet with u.

      • I can not forget my very first American
friend I met in my English class back
to the year 1992. Feeling like I was
totally a stranger to all the new
atmosphere, new school, new city and
new country half way around the world
from home. I was so afraid, so nervous,
and so exciting for my first trip away
from home. I just didn?t know what was
I suppose to do. There seems to be lots
and lots of question for me. Would
they notice that I am a new student, a
        foreigner?? Would they be my
friends?? What am I supposed to say to
them?? Should I introduce myself to
        him first?? Are they friendly??
and ????? At a sudden, a young boy
sitting next to me said Hello, where
are you from?? I was so exciting at
that time and only with his words, it
actually helped and gave me comfort a
lot from feeling like I totally lost in
        the universe.

After we have been friends, he seems to
be very interested in all kind of
        learning about people who actually
living in such a different corner of
the world from him e.g. languages,
cultures, foods and life styles. We
        even almost won the International
        Language Competition in our school,
only missed out the Indonesian one. ?

Since I knew that to be in SLO is only
one year time for me, I tried to
fulfill every seconds of mine with all
the happiness and joy which can bring
back all great memories to me when I
return home. And he is the one that
always in my memories. Among those very
few friends of mine that are still
keeping in touch for the past 10 years
is him. Even very honor to know that
part of his inspiration to travel the
world was from me. The one and only is
RODNEYK Thanks for being my friend !!!!

      • When I feel down about myself... it's
because of people like Rodney! While
I'm sitting on my butt watching reruns
of Will and Grace, Rodney is out
        conquering the world! Besides knowing
342 world languages, he is so "with
it in current events, world history,
        and most importantly, fashion.
        Describing my fashion sense, Rodney
had to resort to speaking English as
he had difficulty finding a Spanish
        equivalent for "Euro Trash. After
picking up the pieces of my fractured
ego, I learned to love his unabashed
sense of being and admire his outgoing
        attitude. Jodie Foster Rules!

      • Rodney est un mec pas comme les autres!
Il est extra gentil, sympa... je peux
metrre tous les bon adjectif pour
        illustrer...
During that 5 short days in Paris
southern suburb, July 1995, he has made
quite an impact in my life. He became
some kind of inspiration to me. He
inspired me to do anything that I like
passionately, and have faith in it.
Thanks to his words, I tackled one big
        obstacle just recently.
His spirit stays with me during the 8
years of separation. Now that we're
reunited, I don't want to lose contact
with him, ever! I am glad to know you, man!

      • Damn! Rodney rocks, but right when I
was getting to know him he fucking
disappears on us! Yea, we had some
good times in SLO though. Rodney's
        definately one-of-a-kind: smart, fun,
happy, and always worked up about
        something he's passionate about. He's
        a very goal-oriented person and
doesn't seem let much get in his way,
I admire that about him. I miss you
        Rodney!
