DK, a self-styled DJ and producer hailing from the urban tropics of Kuala Lumpur has spent the past 3 years perfecting the art of demolition in the land down under.

Humbly beginning his musical career playing small gigs and house parties, DK began his ascent into the Melbourne club elite through focused diligence and a desire to understand the intricacies of dancefloor manipulation.

In 2006, he joined the Bass Station DJ competition, placing among the finalists. However, his perseverance and determination soon payed off by winning the prestigious PHD Slumber Party DJ Competition. He soon played debut gigs at Pure Hard Dance and Elevation, Melbourne's best Thursday night and saturday morning hard dance clubs; where he was subsequently offered a residency and joined the Elevation and PHD DJ Team.

Since then, he has graced the decks of some of Melbourne's best club venues such as HiFi Bar, Inflation, Billboards Nightclub, 3D and Bass Australia, playing alongside dance floor giants Soul-T, Otek, Ganjaguru, Scott Alert, Jewelz, Andy Golden, Karpe-DM; to name but a few.

Known for his unrelenting tough hard banging beats and meticulous attention to track synergy, DK's reputation as a straight road to mayhem was soon recognized by the global hardstyle community. His regular Hardstyle Renaissance mixes encapsulate the relentless energy of his sets and soon became his signature style, securing himself as a true ambassador of the harder styles.
