About Me:
Although I am a computer programmer I actually have a
degree in
Spanish Education. I actually taught Spanish for a bit on
the South
side of Chicago, but that didn't work out and I ended up
moving to
KC and getting a temp job with DST (mutual fund transfer
agency)
and then ended up going through a training program to
become a
programmer there. So, I'm not really the typical techie
dork type
but I do love my job.

you, this girl is more than just a loud
drunk--she's loud sober as well. Days
Kim is gone from the office, it is
awfully quiet. She has a spark and
cheeriness that radiates onto those who
place themselves around her. Kim is
the glue that keeps many of us together.
As a benefit to people who do not know
Kim, I would like to just share some
key information you should know about
her before courting her friendship:
1. If Kim orders a Long Island Iced
Tea and then excuses her self to the
restroom, she is probably skitching out
the bathroom window to ditch you.
2. Be prepared to watch her play the
one song that appeals to the dirtiest
old man at the bar.
3. Don't let her pick the movie.
4. Don't mention any story to her
about model airplanes.
Kim is one of the most giving persons I
know. Kims works circles around her
counterparts and is always willing to
go the extra mile to provide people
what they need when they need it. Kim
is my friend and I am very happy to
admit that.
Now for the fun. Kimmy is my
little 'FiFi Finagleah' She can
finagle with the best of them and can
easily drink me under the table! She
is just as cute as a tulip! Kimmy is
always good at leaving herself wide
open to all my scarcastic remarks as
well...not only is she my 'FiFi' but
she is also my little 'geisha girl'.

Am I sounding like ass, this is all moving to
fast. The truth is, Kim has been to the dark
side with me, and I'm not talkin' 'bout the
bottom of the whiskey bottle, though we've
been there together as well. But at least I
can agree that we're better friends for the
experience. Whiskey or dark, I think I've lost
myself here, Where am I? Can you see me?
who done grew up in the Brewster Projects
of Detroit Michigan... ain't Kim. Kim grew up
in Lake Whatchatalkin up North of the River.
When Salt-N-Pepa teamed up with En
Vogue and sang "Whatta Man"... they made
a mistake. Shoulda teamed up with Kim and
sang "Whatta Woman".
Kim's funny... she glides sideways into a
room, always sporting her leather fold-down
boots and an oversized tunic, blazing out
one-liners and downing champagne an
cheesecake... wait, that's Dorothy on Golden
Girls.
Kim... hmm, Kim... oh yeah YEAH! Kim
Shafer is one heck of a woman... you go on,
gurl. Who loves ya? Huh?
at times, she's a midnight toker ...
but, aside from all that, it's well
known that she prefers to get her
lovin' on the run. So watch out, boys,
this man eater will chew you up.
