The Fundamental of Silkscreen Production is to support BioFocus main Event Promotion Expo on printing material.

When will I receive my printed or embroidered shirts?

• It usually takes 4 to 5 business days to print or embroider the shirts (Quantity around 200 pieces ) plus 2 to 3 business days to reach your door. So that's 1 to 2 weeks until delivery of the shirts to your door.

What type of file can I submit?

• We prefer file formats such as:
Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or (.eps) or (.cdr) files.Windows user prefer.
• We also accept these type of files.
.JPG .GIF .BMP .TIFF .CDR, for these types of files please make sure you send us the highest resolution and largest size of your image (300 DPI or above). The better the artwork you send the better the shirts will look.
• If your file type is not listed please send it anyways and we will do our best to work with that file. If we can't process your request we will contact you and find a solution.

Where do I send my artwork?

• Artwork can be emailed to us at biofocus@gmail.com. Please be sure to include your name or order # with your email so we can reference your order. If you know the CMYK codes of the colors in your logo, please include these as well.
• You can also mail your logo to us on a CD, Zip, 3.5" disk or a hard copy.

What is the minimum for printing or embroidery orders?

• Minimum order for screen printing is 12 shirts.
• Minimum order for embroidery is 12 items.

Does Size Matter?

• When it comes to printing, size does not matter. Screen printing is charged by the number of colors in your logo.
• But for embroidery, size does matter. Embroidery is priced by the number of stitches in your logo. Embroidery is not charged by the number of colors in your logo. You can use up to 6 thread colors at no extra cost. A small left chest logo usually ranges anywhere from 4000 to 8000 Stitches.
• Here are some estimated stitch counts for Embroidery.
Logo size 2 inches wide by 1.5 inches high = 5000 Stitches approx.
Logo size 3" by 1.5" = 6500 Stitches approx.
Logo size 2" by 3" = 7500 Stitches approx.
Logo size 3" by 3" = 9000 Stitches approx.
Here are a couple of tips to reduce the cost of Printing.
1. Reduce the number of colors in your print.
2. Print on 1 side only.
3. Print on white shirts.
4. The more you order the cheaper it gets.
